I am a system and database programmer with 18 years experience in Unix/Linux/Mac OS X system administration, Apache/PHP/MySQL/Adobe CS3 web development, and C++ programming. My experience was in the R&D world at Intel in support of information retrieval, content management and information sharing applications. I was a technical lead on Intel's first Internet mail gateway, IP gateway, and the first official intranet search engine and portal project, for which I received the 1997 Intel Achievement Award.

I also have experience deploying Linux in hostile, Windows-centric IT environments, starting in 1996 as a platform for the first, unofficial Intel intranet search engine, using the Harvest package.

Rather than assaulting you with jargon, we want to work together, as a team, to make sure that you get the best tools and the fewest problems. Solutions are tailored to your organizational needs and budget from relatively small sites to giant portals and Intranets. Many consultations can be performed by telephone, email and web access -- no travel expenses required. Special packages and rates for non-profit organizations are available.
